About Matthew
An author, poet and podcaster, Matthew's theological interests include laborology, animology, hagiology, and oratiology:
1) In the field of laborology, he studies Gen 1:1-3:24 in relation to work, before and work after the Fall. As well, he studies the three conditions for valid work and also ideologies which could be considered "anti-work."
2) In the field of animology, he studies christoanimology (the study of Christ's soul), marianimology (the study of Mary's soul) and anthroanimology (the study of the general human soul).
3) In the field of hagiology, he studies specifically the lives of the saints, taking note of the many factors that go into how a person is perfected in grace and virtue to see the Beatific Vision upon death.
4) In the field of oratiology, he studies the relationship between the types of prayer as found throughout salvation history, as found in the OT, NT, and Age of the Church. As well, he studies the life of prayer and its relationship to theosis.
