About Bryce
I'm an archaeology student at ANU and recently published an article on the histology of crocodile teeth, the first of what I hope to be many subsequent publications
I completed a previous degree in architecture but after graduating with honours I decided the profession wasn't the right fit for me so returned to uni to retrain as an archaeologist, a field of interest that has fascinated me since a child
What could be considered a back-step in my professional development I consider an essential lateral move towards pursuing something I really care about, and it's an attitude I aspire to impart on as many people as possible. Making a mistake isn't failure; it's an opportunity to improve, and I hope that in any lessons we might engage in together I can encourage that kind of process-driven satisfaction in your learning

I approach teaching as a form of story-telling
It's easy to forget that history is made by individual characters interacting with each other. I aim to bring those characters to life by making my students connect with them on a personal level; whether that be admiring them, despising them, laughing at them or just being plain confused by their actions
I've tutored undergrads at ANU for several years now and while I'm unfamiliar with high-school curriculums I would be able to adapt my teaching methods to them quickly if need be
