About Kristen
I am a regular student with the drive to assisting young individuals. My experience has been virtually in the horse riding industry for over 10 years and I have always enjoyed the topic of health and nutrition as well as anything related to life skills.

My teaching method is based usually through colouring techniques and drawing as children express their deeper emotions that way. When I taught horse riding I would do exercises with the children to make it fun to learn . Children learn best when not pressured and I believe even nutrition can be taught through colouring.Healthy living links to a childs mood and how they see themselves as well as the environment they are in.
