About Aditi
I am Aditi and I am an MBA, MA (English literature), B.ed and I worked as a soft skills trainer for two years in an MNC, then as soon as my B.ed was complete, I followed my real passion ( teaching) and moved to my hometown, joined a private school as an English and Maths teacher.
I believe that destiny is designed by your Karma and one should focus on his/ her work with utmost pure intentions and shouldn't really worry for the result.

I believe teacher and students both learn from each other. In today's era the world of teaching has enhanced and traditional lecture based approach can not be understood by both the mentor and mentee. My approach is different in a way that I try to make my students realise that so called lectures can be fun.
I also believe in feedback, a mentor's feedback is equally important just as mentee's.
