About Poushmita

I am a B.Tech graduate with internship experience and an MNC job, and my own journey through academics, internships, projects, interviews and professional life has taught me how important clear communication and confidence can be. I enjoy learning, explaining concepts in a simple way and helping others feel more comfortable while learning.

I believe everyone learns differently, so I try to understand the learner first and then adapt my approach accordingly. I want to share what I have learned because I know that the right guidance, consistent practice and encouragement can make a big difference.

My goal is not just to teach, but to help you understand concepts, practice them and become confident enough to use them independently. Whether you are a beginner, a student preparing for tests, or someone working on communication and career skills, I would love to help you grow step by step.

About the lesson

Do you understand English but hesitate when you have to speak? Do you struggle with grammar, reading, tests, interviews or writing a good CV? Maybe you know the answer in your mind but don't feel confident enough to express it clearly. If this sounds familiar, my classes are designed to help you improve step by step — without making learning feel stressful or complicated.

My approach is simple: first, I understand where you are currently struggling. Then, we work on the basics you need, practice them through simple examples and conversations, and gradually move towards real-life situations. Instead of only memorizing grammar rules, I want you to understand why something is correct and learn how to use it yourself.

A typical class can follow 4 simple steps:

1. Identify → We find the areas where you need the most improvement.

2. Understand → I explain the concept in a simple and easy-to-follow way.

3. Practice → We solve examples, read, write or practice communication together.

4. Apply → We connect what you learned to real situations such as conversations, exams, interviews or professional communication.

I am a B.Tech Graduate with internship experience and an MNC job, so I understand how important communication, English and presentation skills can become during college, internships, interviews and the transition into professional life. I can help you with English, grammar, reading, test preparation and practical CV writing.

My classes are interactive, beginner-friendly and adapted to your current level and goal. You don't need to be perfect before you start — the purpose of our classes is to help you become more comfortable, capable and confident with every session.
