About Sharo-lee
I obtained my TEFL certification in 2019 after completing my BSc in Physiotherapy at the University of Cape Town in 2018. I previously tutored Afrikaans (a South African language) to high school students and helped them impove their marks. I am also currently doing my BA in English and Psychology at the University of South Africa. The combination of these experiences enables me to provide prospective students with a holistic English learning experience.

I am a vibrant and exciting teacher. I love interacting and engaging with people and this is evident in my teaching style. I am very encouraging and patient. I also believe in meeting my students where they are instead of using a recipe to teach.
Students can expect to find my lessons fun and interactive. I try and allow the student to speak and practice their English skills as much as possible and also give them homework tasks to further assist in their growth. I will make use of different classroom props (flashcards, screenshare, worksheets, and more) to assist in the learning experience. Most importantly, I will ensure that each student has individualised tasks in order to teach them on their required level to optimise their learning.
