About Mica
Hi my name is Mica! I have over a year of experience teaching English and I absolutely love it! My favorite part about teaching is providing an encouraging class environment where students can practice and grow their language skills. I love learning about my student's different lives and cultures during our conversations, and it makes me so happy to see my students making amazing improvements in their English communication abilities. Outside of teaching I enjoy reading, writing, creating music and art, as well as dancing. I often incorporate creativity into my lessons and I believe that learning should be fun, exciting, and engaging for students of every age!

I am a TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) certified teacher. I have had extensive training and studied all parts of the English language in order to be certified. My expertise is in conversational/communications skills improvements. I teach my students how to effectively express and explain their thoughts in English alongside the fundamentals of grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation so that students can read, write, and speak English with ease and confidence. As each person has their own way of learning I create lesson plans that are individual to each student and meet your specific needs.
