About Kundai Gladys

Hello! My name is Kundai Gladys and I am a passionate ESL and Early Years teacher with years of experience working with learners from different backgrounds.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, a Diploma in Early Years Education, a Diploma in Special Educational Needs (SEN), and a TEFL certification, which allows me to support a wide range of learners with different needs and learning styles.

I love teaching English because it gives people the confidence to express themselves, connect with others, and open new opportunities in life. Seeing my students grow—from feeling unsure to speaking confidently is the most rewarding part of what I do.

I am patient, supportive, and I always create a safe, encouraging space where you can learn at your own pace without fear of making mistakes.

I’m here to guide you, support you, and help you succeed in your English journey

About the lesson

My lessons are designed to be engaging, practical, and student centered. I focus on helping learners develop confidence in reading, writing, speaking, and listening through real-life situations.

My approach includes:
• Interactive conversations to build speaking confidence
• Structured reading and writing activities •Listening practice using real-world English
• Personalized lesson plans based on each student’s level and goals

I create a supportive and encouraging environment where mistakes are part of learning, helping students progress naturally and confidently.

Kundai's a top-notch English tutor! We met when I needed help with essay writing - her feedback was game-changing. She makes grammar and vocab fun, and always pushes you to improve. One time, we did a mock debate, and I ended up nailing it! Her patience and encouragement really build confidence. If you want to level up your English, Kundai's your go-to .
