About Sarah
I'm Sarah and I'm from London, since graduating from my masters degree I've worked in the fashion industry as a junior designer for a luxury womenswear brand, I like art and history and enjoy learning more about them both, something my younger self would probably laugh at because as a child I hated the process of education. I think it's because that structured process that was taught in school was right for me, I'm dyslexic and as a child I thought this equated to being stupid, after working hard towards gaining a degree then a master degree from UAL and working in the industry for seven years I've found that my brain works differently. I want to one day become a teacher to provide students with other paths to learning, I hope to share my passion and knowledge of the creative industry with the next generation of creatives in an environment that nurtures their gifts and talents and provides them with the supportive foundation that they need to grow.

I like to adopt an integrated teaching style that incorporates personality, preferences and interests into my teaching. Confidence is a really important skill I hope to share in my tutoring sessions, I hope my students feel at ease and willing to share ideas, worries or ask for help.
I have a Bachelors Degree and a Masters Degree from UAL and would love to help a student who needs advice or support in their application process or just general advice.
