About Burna
An Assistant Professor at School of Business Management, NMIMS Navi Mumbai, I am currently a faculty of Communications and teach multiple courses in Business Communication, Soft Skills, Creative Writing, Negotiation & Leadership, Management Consulting and Digital Marketing to postgraduate and undergraduate students. I currently head the Department of International Linkages, the Alumni cell, and the PR Committee at NMIMS Navi Mumbai. I have published multiple papers in ABDC ranked international journals, and my current research area of interest is Pedagogical innovations & Higher Education. Prior to my academic stint, I have over 18 years of corporate experience as an accomplished communications professional with well-rounded stints in consulting, training, human resources, marketing, and executive assistance in top corporates in India. I am associated with Educational Institutions and corporates for conducting special programmes for students as specialised Soft skills and Life skills Trainer and Coach - communication, soft skills, Language proficiency, media, and education-related fields.
