About Dr Mike
I have been a professional coach for 51 years, with 3 PhD’s. I have coached teachers, administrators, radio/TV professionals, ministers, scientists, car sales people, business leaders, top academic students, and other professional folks. I’ve was personally trained by and worked with Zig Ziglar. I wrote one of the earliest training programs: Coaching Educators to Higher Levels of Performance.

I use an agenda-based, Knowledge, Model, Practice, Observation, Ongoing Feedforward approach. My second PhD is in Cognitive Literacy, so I involve an NLP, Meyers-Brigs, DISC, True Colors, Brain-Based Performance Indicators, and GCS (good common sense) approach to upgrade clients’ observable performance. I can work with small groups or individuals.
