Questioning method is a good way to introduce a topic. From there cooperative learning would also help make the student feel like they are not doing the work alone considering that we'd hold one on one sessions. Learner-teacher dialogue also helps. I use a variety of teaching methods though because to make learning exciting, one cannot focus on just the same approach over and over again. I learnt this from teaching practice and methodology classes.
