About Aulia
I am a final semester student majoring in Special Education from the State University of Jakarta. I have had 4 years of teaching experience as a Shadow Teacher and Teacher for Children with Special Needs for Kindergarten, Elementary, and Junior High School levels.
I also have experience as a volunteer teaching school subject and character learning for non-ABK. So I am comfortable teaching with children with special and non-special needs

I use any learning approach that is tailored to the needs and abilities of the child. I understand that every child is different in teaching. I also use Play-Based Learning so that children don't get bored in learning. I also take a psychological approach to children so that children are able to learn comfortably.
Before learning I use observations and assessments that are tailored to the abilities and needs of children so that learning takes place effectively.
