CREDENTIALS: - Bachelor degree in Kinesiology from McGill University - CANFITPRO aerobics training course - Fitness Nutrition Expert certification - CPR & 1st aid - 18 years of experience teaching aerobics, dance, and stretch classes Are you ready for an inside-out transformation? The brand new 1-ON-1 SPIRITUAL FITNESS TRAINING PROGRAM is perfect for women who have specific goals & needs, prefer a private training space, and those ready to invest in their spiritual and physical health. This 1-on-1 program will fit around your busy schedule as you get to choose the days and times for the online training workouts, coaching, and check-ins. If you prefer to work out in a group environment, currently, there are 3 different styles of Zoom group fitness classes offered; 1. ‘CARDIO PRAISE PARTY’ - Cardio praise aerobics dance class that will take your worship & energy to new levels 2. ‘STRETCH & GROW’ - Relaxing stretch class that increases flexibility & core strength while decreasing stress & tension 3. ‘STRENGTH & POWER’ - Low-impact sculpting & toning class that strengthens the entire physical body, soul, and Spirit *All classes are 45 min in length, are done on Zoom (online), and are listed in Eastern Time (Toronto/New York) LET’S GET MOVING!
