Unfailingly patient and kind, he has helped me to make progress in leaps and bounds, in a way that I couldn’t have imagined before I started learning with him four months ago.
Having abandoned piano, since my schooldays - (I’m approaching 70!) I was a little nervous about starting up again, but Abreu’s warm, relaxed manner soon dispelled my anxieties, and I now look forward to studying jazz and classical pieces in depth each week, with his guidance.

Perfect! I have been having weekly online piano lessons with Eric Abreu for nearly a year now. I have very much enjoyed these lessons. He is a very accomplished pianist - there are various recordings of his performances on YouTube if you want to judge for yourself. He is also an enthusiastic, good humoured and patient teacher and makes our lessons a highly enjoyable experience which I look forward to. He has a series of different cameras and a good understanding of the online technology he uses so can focus on different things as the lessons require whether my piano, his piano or the music we are focused on with the result that it is almost like having him in the room. An excellent teacher.

Perfect! Abreu is such a fantastic piano tutor. He has been teaching both my girls for over a year and has supported them immensely in their technique, building confidence and playing skills. They are well supported in their ABRSM journey (Grades 4 & 6) . More importantly, the rapport he has built with them is fantastic with his friendly, respectful, patient attitude. They look forward to the lessons.
Abreu explains methods clearly, sets ample homework that is manageable and always provides feedback when necessary, and always accommodating and flexible when needed. A true gem found! We highly recommend Abreu for your piano needs no matter what the level.

Perfect! Eric is a very kind charming young man that have an amazing approach with his students. He speaks perfectly English language and His voice have the right tone and the calm to explain clearly the lesson. His choice of teaching is very intelligent the student a the last ten minutes of the lesson have a sort of test for him to to understand if he have to repeat it or move forward. He encourage the student and praise if they understands but in the same time not "hurt" their feeling if they struggle. He also enrich the conversation with a bit joke to release the tention and make a fun lesson. My son he is a bit anxious and Eric is simple what we were looking for. Thank you:)
