About Kavya
I'm a student of the University of Delhi and I'm pursuing honors in journalism (first year). I've been a listener on 7cups (which is social therapy website) since last year and I've helped many people struggling with general mental health issues. I'm a practitioner of Heartfulness Meditation since 5 years. And I'd love to offer my support to those who are dealing with tough times and provide them a positive perspective towards life. And I've completed my class 12th from Science stream with 89% marks. I've a bit of knowledge about Alpha waves and it's music which relaxes mind and soul. And I know some mindfulness exercises as well.

I believe in the method of heartfelt spirituality. Before any further activities, spiritual cleaning of the soul is necessary. The answers to all our problems lies within our hearts, we just need to listen to it. I focus on the heart rather than on the mind which is the epi center of various thoughts of all kinds. And positivity is something which shouldn't be forced, but it's that energy which gives us strength during hard times. Rest, I don't have any unique method of teaching. Like it's said, sometimes the vibes do the things that no teaching or book can does.
