I have been teaching for 2 months now, both in French and English.
I adapt my classes to different people, and likes to make a course that will meet your needs (stress management, muscle strengthening, stretching ...)
I also teach pregnant women, to help them prepare for childbirth .

Namaste!
My name is Tatiana, I am 26 and I jus came back from India where I learned yoga and followed a teacher training.
Specialized in Hatha & Ashtanga yoga, I teach a gentle and relaxing yoga, perfect for reducing stress; or according to your wishes, a more toned yoga for a strengthened body.
I can come to your home and all we need is a little space and comfortable clothing.
I can also offer you breathing exercises, very effective against anxiety and stress; and meditation.
Trained in India, I had a training focused on the origins of yoga and I could tell you how, by applying this discipline regularly, one can attain serenity, both in body and spirit.
