About Prince
I am the Senior Faculty of Asmita Theatre Group since 2012. I have been regularly conducting theatre workshops in schools, colleges, corporate offices, NGOs. I have also conducted many Children Theatre Workshops with Kakoli Nagpal (Senior Faculty of Asmita Theatre Group).
I think theatre is the modern way of catharsis for a contemporary man.
We have been continuously living in an environment where we unconsciously suppress our emotions/expressions.
Therefore, one can easily de-stress oneself from all the negative thoughts and emotions by regularly doing theatre. Because theatre helps you to express your thoughts and emotions in a creative and engaging way. It helps you to channelise your energy into a productive work.
