About Nick
I believe each person has a unique path that ultimately leads them home. We are souls experiencing our bodies and minds. Life becomes more full of love and peace when we are in touch with that place inside ourselves.
I am experienced in the practice of Bhakti yoga (love and devotion), Dhyana yoga (meditation), Jnana yoga (knowledge), chanting and mantra.
These practices continue to help me find my way back to myself. I find again and again my spiritual heart that keeps me in the flow of love. It helps me remember that “we are all walking each other home.”

Much keeps us from experiencing life from a soul place. We spend all day experiencing from a place of need. A place of anxiety, living in the future and the past.
But your soul is you. It is here now.
The point of practice is to pull us into our souls. Into the love and peace already inside us. It is our true nature.
Take some time. Practice remembering.
I offer instruction in a variety of yogic practices. Together we will find the best practices for you. That could include: a variety of meditation techniques, mantra, chanting, pranayama (yogic breathing), Bhakti (devotion), metta (Loving Kindness), chakra and energy work, as well as a variety of other practices.
