As a strong believer in the Harkness method, my lessons emphasize discourse rather than a lecture format. By working through problems together rather than simply conveying solutions, I work to foster not only short-term success, but healthy learning practices. So, why me?
Biology | As a Teaching Assistant for the Stanford Hutchins Scholars program, I taught molecular genetics and lab techniques to high school students. Currently working in synthetic biology laboratory. AP Biology (5).
SAT Prep | I scored a 1590, but started around 200 points lower. In other words, I know what it takes to learn the test.
Essay Help | As the Editor-in-Chief of a magazine in high school, I have written, guided, and proofed extensively across various forms.
