I am an open minded person, willing to learn more from others including my students. I do not believe that students come into class with no knowledge at all but I believe that each come into class knowing something , even if it might be wrong, I believe also that it is the role of the lesson/class to debunk wrong theories and correct narratives.

I believe much in using cooperative learning methods to enable learner interaction with the learning process and assessment. I believe that students learn better when they are involved in the learning process.
