About Jack
I am a third year Bachelor of Education student, and I have always had a real passion for working with young students and helping them feel more confident in their learning.
I have completed teaching placements, and am a junior basketball coach, and through these opportunities, have had the chance to work closely with children of all different abilities. I have seen first-hand how much of a difference the right support and encouragement can make.
I want to teach because I genuinely enjoy helping students. There is nothing better than seeing a child go from feeling unsure or nervous to feeling confident and proud of themselves. I aim to create a calm, supportive, fun environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, having a go, and building confidence at their own pace.

I am a passionate university student who genuinely enjoys helping students improve - not just their results, but their confidence too.
Alongside my studies, I've gained real classroom experience through teaching placements and coaching, where I've worked closely with students to break down concepts and keep them engaged. I focus on making learning clear, manageable and enjoyable.
My lessons typically run for an hour to two hours, and I am totally flexible depending on each student's needs. Each session is tailored, and I can also help with homework and reading tasks.
If your child needs someone who can explain things clearly, build their confidence, and make learning feel less overwhelming, I'd be a great fit.
