About Maggie
I am from a small town in Upstate NY and was raised on a farm! I have extensive experience tutoring students of all ages one-on-one through programs at my college. Seeing that I am still a university student myself, while I am helping you learn, you are also helping ME learn! In working with you, you are helping me to become a better educator and I cannot wait to grow with you. Outside of education, I love music. I have played the flute for 9 years and have been singing onstage for just as long. I have a passion for theatre, especially musical theatre.

My lessons are fun, simple, organized, and engaging. Most are presented through the use of PowerPoints and slide shows. My lessons typically include games, songs, and videos. I want my students to enjoy learning, as that is the most effective way to ensure that they are absorbing the material being presented.
