About Katherine
I am a student that has given private tutoring sessions in English Literature and edited CVs for the past year, helping my students to get interviews and further their education. I bring experience from my degree and a job involving Shakespeare to help my students understand their work.

I enjoy getting students to become familiar with the text and fully immerse themselves. I focus on reading the texts aloud and making full use of annotations, supplying fresh copies of the work when tutoring in person. I think that this is the best way to become familiar with a text. I focus on finding quotes and matching themes across the texts and making revision textbooks alongside these and assist in finding secondary reading and critical analysis. Whilst I strive to assist you in building your own skills in doing so, I am more than happy to give a helping hand wherever needed.
My sessions become more catered to the student as time passes as to maximise what they get out of the sessions.
