I have went through my own personal experiences with mental health difficulties and navigating life with personal challenges.
Through this I want to help others understand themselves and reach their potential of getting through and getting stronger.
I can help you come up with strategies to improve your mental health while balancing life’s stressors.
I am able to assist you in dealing with the stressors of managing a chronic illness and managing your own wellbeing with this from my own experiences from having endometriosis and a heart condition.
Sometimes having a tutor that understands how it feels can allow you to feel heard, but you are the centre of your learning and pace.
