Himanshu makes Yoga so much fun. His classes can be intensive, but they always leave you with a sense of accomplishment and content. He pays attention to detail and makes sure you're in the correct posture. He's the best Yoga teacher I've worked with so far!

Himanshu has practiced and mastered the asanas (which is reflected upon his body) and has a good knowledge of human anatomy. He knows the importance of counter poses and will ask you to practice them (even when you are in a hurry and wish to leave the session in between). He starts and ends the session by chanting aum allowing you to stay in a meditative state during and after the session.
