About the Class
My classes focus on helping students master the fundamentals of parkour and gymnastics while building strength, agility, and confidence.
• Teaching Techniques and Methods: I use a step-by-step approach tailored to each student’s fitness level and goals. I emphasize safety, proper techniques, and progressive learning to ensure a solid foundation before advancing to complex movements like flips, vaults, and muscle-ups.
• Class Structure:
1. Warm-Up: Dynamic stretches and mobility drills to prepare the body.
2. Skill Training: Learning and perfecting parkour techniques (vaults, rolls, landings) or gymnastics movements (handstands, flips).
3. Strength & Conditioning: Targeted exercises to improve overall fitness and prevent injuries.
4. Cool-Down: Stretching and recovery to enhance flexibility and prevent soreness.
