About Veronica
With over eight years of experience and a BSc in Physics with Philosophy, I help middle school students take their first steps into physics. I specialize in introducing the core ideas of forces and motion. My teaching uses simple experiments, such as rolling balls or using springs, to make concepts tangible. I connect these lessons to real-world examples like the jump of a basketball player or the thrill of a rollercoaster ride. These connections spark curiosity and keep students engaged. Physics becomes easier when it’s connected to what we see in the real world. My teaching method is relaxed, encouraging exploration and discussion. I use engineering examples to bring clarity, from materials science to structural design. Students learn how elasticity, thermal expansion, and material fatigue matter in real projects. I also include fluid dynamics, using cases like airplane flight, pumps, and river systems. Statics and dynamics are taught through practical examples such as bridges and cranes.
