About William
I am Systems Analyst currently in transition of specialized career in IT technologies having acted in support and projects of infrastructure and technology to 34 years in companies of medium size. I am a professional who has always invested in a technical training of excellence with solid experience in the professional work in technologies related to the IT infrastructure and I have worked in the education, services, banking and insurance, insurance, energy and telecommunications segments, having worked in companies national and multinational companies in activities that allowed me to develop my technical capacity in the face of challenges and projects of critical mission besides the development of the managerial and strategic vision focused on the benefits to the business, allowing to acquire the maturity of correlating the technical side with the business side. I developed activities that allowed me to work and evolve systemic vision capabilities ranging from the basic infrastructure to the user layer and at the same time critical with a view of cost and benefit. The conduction of complex projects has improved the disciplines of organization, planning and documentation from the traditional waterfall model to the new agile development methodologies, for which my negotiation and communication skills have been fundamental for the differentiated speed in delivering the desired result.

My teaching method is Hands-on asking questions of students in the use of the equipment already acting directly in the difficulty or doubt, equating it and exercising with the trainee. I am very detail oriented and persistent and there is usually no or no problem or unmet need for me in the past, there is sometimes a need for longer search time for resolution. The value of the specific class or support will be determined in the contracting depending on the scope of what is to be accomplished, with an invoice issued after the activity ends.
