1. We will Start with the Basics
Alphabet and Pronunciation: Teach the French alphabet and how vowels and consonants sound.
Example: Highlight differences like "é" vs. "è" or "ch" (as in "chien").
Greetings and Introductions: Start with common phrases.
Bonjour (Hello), Comment ça va ? (How are you?), Je m'appelle… (My name is…)
2. let's Build Vocabulary
we will start by focusing on everyday categories:
Numbers: 1-20, then expand to 100.
Colors: rouge (red), bleu (blue), vert (green).
Days and Months: lundi (Monday), janvier (January).
Common Nouns: Food (pain = bread), Family (mère = mother).
3. we will Introduce Basic Grammar
Articles and Genders: Le, La, Les (the); Un, Une (a/an).
Simple Sentence Structure: Subject + Verb + Object.
Example: Je mange une pomme. (I eat an apple.)
Present Tense Verbs: Focus on regular verbs like parler (to speak) and être/avoir (to be/to have).
4. Oh let's practice your speaking
Using role-playing exercises for:
Ordering food at a café or Introducing yourself
Asking and answering simple questions.
