As a yoga teacher, I've trained with many organizations including, Love Your Brain, Veterans Yoga Project, YogaFaith, Warriors at Ease, and many more. It is important to me to not only be a teacher, but a student who is continually learning and bringing new information to students!

Since 2008, I have been teaching yoga to people of all ages and abilities. My focus has been in trauma informed yoga and helping the nervous system heal through yoga and breath work. I enjoy one-on-one and small group lessons the most, so I can give custom lessons and personal feedback.
