About Laura
My name is Laura Guzmán, I am 16 years old, I am a graduate of the higher normal, therefore I am a normalist and I am currently studying English but in about a month I will graduate as a bilingual. I have taught English, math and human development to transition, first, third and seventh grades. Since I was little I have presented love to learn new languages, and different cultures. I am a girl passionate about art and music. I am quite dedicated to my studies, and I strive to get what I want.

As you know, there are different methods or forms of teaching, but my favorite is the didactic method, why? Well, I'm not a fan of the typical class based on books, grammar or things like this, I think it's a bit boring or outdated, I prefer to be more didactic in order to build better relationships with my students. I would like to provide individual tutoring, however, I have no problem working with groups, since I have worked with groups of up to 40 students. More than a teacher I tend to be a friend, but yes, without exceeding the limits of respect. For me the most important thing is effort, dedication and responsibility. I value very much the effort that the student has to learn and self-improve.
