About Yeonji
Hi, I'm Yeonji! You can also call me Yana.
I'm a native Korean speaker, born and raised in Korea. I've lived abroad for 4 years — in Hungary, the Czech Republic, and Kazakhstan. (Köszönöm! Děkuji! )
I'm a good listener, I love fun stories, and I'm very outgoing. I enjoy hiking, finding great local restaurants, and traveling. I also work with international colleagues in Korea, so I know how Koreans really talk — at work, at dinner, and on weekends!

My experience
I've helped many exchange students and international colleagues with their Korean — from everyday phrases to Korean office culture. We also explored Korea together, from night palace tours to night hiking!
My teaching approach
I've been a language learner too. At first, I only used textbook sentences — I knew the grammar, but I couldn't speak naturally. I finally became fluent when I learned natural chunks: real sentences people actually use.
That's how I teach. We'll use a textbook as our map, so you can see your progress, and turn every lesson into real conversation.
What you'll get
- Natural Korean in useful chunks, not just single words
- Lots of speaking practice on topics you enjoy
- Business Korean from someone with a business degree and real office experience
- All materials provided: slides, worksheets, and homework
- Clear explanations in English when needed
