About Maheera
My name is Maheera, and I recently completed matric with a strong passion for English. During my school years, I developed a genuine love for the subject—especially writing, analyzing texts, and helping others understand complex concepts in simpler ways. I’m currently taking a gap year, and I’ve chosen to use this time meaningfully by tutoring students who want to improve their English skills. What sets me apart is that I’ve just come out of the schooling system—I know exactly what’s expected, what challenges students face, and how to approach English in a way that feels less overwhelming and more engaging. I believe in making lessons interactive and enjoyable, while also building essential skills like critical thinking, essay planning, and exam strategy. Whether it’s creative writing, comprehension, or literature, I work to create a safe space where students feel supported and empowered to improve. For me, tutoring isn’t just about marks—it’s about helping students find their voice, gain confidence, and actually enjoy the process of learning English.
