About Aakansha

I am a drug safety specialist with masters in pharmaceutical chemistry, currently working for an US based MNC. Previous experience in teaching graduate students.

About the lesson

My approach varies depending on the student’s needs and learning style. However my teaching philosophy is based on encouraging students to think for themselves, using real-world examples wherever possible. I start from topics the students are comfortable with and move gradually towards more complex areas as their confidence builds. I use questions and examples to check understanding continually.

Building rapport – First.

Assessing what the student does and does not know, usually by asking lots of questions or attempting textbook or past paper questions.

Lightning fast teaching and practice of the exact areas which the student needs to learn. As soon as one topic is understood, we roll on to a new one.

Toxicologist with 4 year experience in academic research , drug safety and toxicological risk assessment.
