About Rosangela
Hi! I'm Rosi, a certified flexibility and stretching teacher with knowledge of the nervous system and trauma.
Passionate about movement. Every person is unique, that's why I believe that there is a type of movement for everyone, you just have to find yours and let yourself be transformed from the inside out.
My goal is for you to begin to connect with your body and its sensations, in a controlled environment and for you to enjoy movement and its benefits beyond the 60 minutes of classes.

We begin with a brief meditation that helps us connect mind and body and be present in the now. Then, we warm up with mobility exercises to prepare the joints, and continue with movement sequences designed to increase strength and amplitude in the range of motion. We work on active, passive and dynamic flexibility. All while becoming aware of our body.
Classes are suitable for everyone and will be adapted to the needs and progress of each individual.
