About Lila
I've been acting since childhood, and over the years I've built a wide-ranging foundation in performance. My experience spans everything from lead roles to ensemble work, across stage, film, and musical theater. I’ve trained and performed in improv, Shakespeare, dance, and have years of directing experience, giving me a well-rounded perspective I bring into every lesson. I understand the demands of this craft from multiple angles and love helping others find their voice and confidence through acting. I'm committed, patient, and professional—and whether you're just starting out or looking to take your skills to the next level, I'm here to support your journey.

My lessons are flexible and tailored to each student’s unique goals—whether you're preparing for an audition, working on a scene, or just looking to build confidence and presence. I draw from a range of techniques (Stanislavski, Meisner, improvisation) to help actors connect emotionally, listen truthfully, and bring authenticity to their work. A typical session includes warm-ups, targeted exercises, and in-depth scene or monologue exploration. I welcome actors of all levels and backgrounds—no experience required. Whether you’re a beginner, hobbyist, or working performer, I’ll meet you where you are and help you move forward.
