About Sophie
As an acting teacher, I bring a unique blend of classical training, contemporary performance sensibility, and a deep commitment to each student’s individual voice. Trained at the Stella Adler Studio in New York and RADA in London, I specialise in combining rigorous technique with emotionally truthful, spontaneous work to boost the confidence of any student! Whether working with beginners or more advanced students, I strive to foster a bold, collaborative spirit where growth is both joyful and disciplined.

My lessons are grounded in confidence building, text analysis, physical storytelling, and voice work—but above all, they centre the student’s own curiosity and confidence. In each session, I aim to create a safe and inspired space for discovery. We begin with physical and vocal warm-ups rooted in mindfulness and breath, move into exercises that unlock imagination and emotional accessibility, and then explore scripted material with an emphasis on clarity, connection, and choice-making!
