About Pia
I'm Pia, 28 years old and I live in Charlottenburg. I did my yoga teacher training in India at the beginning of 2020 and had already gained many years of yoga experience beforehand (in yoga retreats, in lessons and in my own practice).
Otherwise, I did my master's in economics, but I would like to study psychology additionally, I have a wide range of interests and am active in sports :)

I did my yoga teacher training in India and there, in addition to practical knowledge, I was able to gain a lot of insights into Indian yoga philosophy. I offer flexible yoga classes according to individual needs: designed for relaxation, sporty demanding, with a focus on breathing techniques, chanting or meditation, integration of theoretical aspects of yoga (e.g. introductions to philosophy or Ayurveda), needs-based for seniors or as a first step for beginners interested in yoga . I prefer to teach individually or in small groups because this is the best way to respond to my counterparts.
