About Miguel
This is not a course about what artificial intelligence is. It is about your work, and about what takes less time once you know how to use it.
We work with what you already have. If your company or school gives you Copilot through a Microsoft account, we use Copilot. If you prefer ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude, it works the same way. I am not selling you a tool and you do not need to buy anything.
I start by understanding what a normal week looks like for you and where the time actually goes. The training is built around that, with exercises on your own documents and your own tasks. No generic examples.
You finish with written material in Portuguese or English, adapted to your case, so you can go back to it later. This is not a session you remember for a fortnight.
We also talk about the limits, which is the part almost nobody explains: what AI does well, what it does badly, and what only a purpose-built tool will solve. Knowing the difference is what saves you the most time in the long run.
I hold a master's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Faculty of Sciences, University of Lisbon (FCUL). My thesis evaluated language models, and I build software every day. I have already delivered this training to a teacher, a full day of it, with material written around her own subjects.

No theory up front. We open the tool in the first half hour and do something real of yours, something you had to do anyway.
From there we move case by case: writing, summarising, preparing materials, handling correspondence, organising information. Every case comes with an exercise you do yourself, rather than watch me do.
We always close on the three levels: talking to an AI, using a tool built for the job, and having one built to measure. Most people only know the first, which is why they repeat the same task thirty times a year.
For teachers, the ground is the everyday: slides, worksheets, quizzes, forms, Moodle and messages to parents. For people who write, summarise or handle documents, it is their own documents. For small teams, it is working out what does and does not hold up before committing to anything.
