The Usual Structure of a Class:
1.Warm-Up and Mobility: Each session starts with a warm-up to get the body prepared for the workout, focusing on mobility and activation exercises to prevent injury.
2. Customized Workout: The main part of the class focuses on tailored exercises based on the client’s goals, fitness level, and available time. Whether it’s strength training, HIIT, or functional movement, the workout is efficient and effective, designed to fit into a busy schedule without compromising results.
3. Cool Down and Stretching: Every session ends with a cool-down phase to help reduce muscle soreness, improve flexibility, and promote recovery.
4. Post-Workout Reflection: After the workout, I encourage a brief check-in to reflect on how the session went and to discuss any adjustments needed. This helps ensure continued progress and satisfaction with the plan.
