About Lavinia
Hi, I’m Lavinia, If you and your partner keep having the same argument, feel stuck in old patterns, or notice anxiety creeping into your relationship, you're not alone. I work with both couples and individuals, with a particular focus on relationship work.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical: we'll make sense of what's happening between you and build small, realistic changes that help your relationship feel easier and more connected. I draw on evidence-based tools (CBT/ACT, attachment informed work, emotion-focused & systemic ideas for couples) without the jargon.
Sessions feel like real conversations with structure: we set goals together, track what’s helping, and adapt as we go. I work with couples and individuals navigating: recurring conflict, communication breakdowns, trust repairs, intimacy struggles, anxiety affecting the relationship, family and in-law boundaries, life transitions, stress and burnout, and reconnecting after rupture.
Practicalities: 50-minute sessions • Online or in person in my Sandbach office • Individual & Couples. 20% Off All Therapy Sessions - Until May 2026
Next step: I offer a brief 10–15 minute introductory call (not a therapy session) where you can ask questions and we can see if we’re a good fit. If you prefer, you’re welcome to skip the call and book a first therapy session straight away.
