About Nautica

I would describe myself as a positive, energetic, knowledgeable, and industrious teacher. I have a flexible style of teaching that can cater to all students and abilities. I would also say that I am a high-achieving teacher. For example, in my last role, I managed to turn around an underperforming class.

About the lesson

Invite students to participate in class planning and agenda construction: Give students an advanced agenda at least a couple of days before class and ask them to identify related subtopics, examples or application they wish to learn about.Increasing access to curriculum might make students and parents better partners with teachers and may preempt conflict with parents about sensitive topics in class. Teachers might discover that transparency of instruction increases collaboration, alignment and focus of learning and gives meaning to lesson planning.
