About Diogo André
I have experience in private transverse flute classes and musical training and in music schools and colleges. I currently teach at a private school in Vila Nova de Gaia and Porto. I am very interested in teaching, especially when it comes to teaching children.

My academic training was carried out at the Superior School of Music and Performing Arts of Porto (ESMAE) where I completed a degree in Transversal Flute and a Masters in Music Teaching - Transversal Flute.
The method used in the classes depends on always at the Student's level, whether the student is a beginner or not, and the student's age group. One student is always different from another and therefore each one requires different methods and approaches. If the student is a minor, the involvement of the guardian is essential for the accompanied study at home.
The classes work in blocks of 1 hour and the Musical Formation may or may not complement the instrument. In other words, it can be 2 hours a week (1h of instrument + 1h of musical training) or 1h a week (30min of instrument and 30 min of musical training or only instrument).
