About Rodrigo
I am Rodrigo Suárez, a flutist and educator passionate about music and teaching. Throughout my career as a teacher, I have discovered how rewarding it is to accompany each student on their own musical journey.
In my classes, I aim to help you develop a solid and healthy technique, but above all, to enjoy the process, find your own voice, and experience music as a form of expression and freedom. For me, teaching the flute is about sharing what I love most and helping you grow through the art.

As a teacher, my main goal is for each student to enjoy the process of learning music, developing a solid and healthy technique, while discovering their own artistic expression.
I work from a foundation of conscious breathing and proper body posture to avoid tension and facilitate a free sound.
I use a progressive and personalized method, adapted to the student's age, level, and objectives.
I combine technical exercises (scales, articulation, tuning, flexibility) with immediate application in musical pieces.
I apply strategies of active listening, imitation and analysis, promoting student autonomy.
