About Kieran
Growing up in Quebec, I was immersed in both English and French from birth. Through years of French immersion schooling, I mastered grammar, conjugations, and the structure behind the language, giving me the tools to explain French clearly, logically, and effectively. At 14, I spent 2.5 months living in Nicaragua, where I learned Spanish the way it’s meant to be learned: through real conversations with locals, friends, and families. That experience shaped my entire teaching philosophy. I continued building my Spanish through daily interactions and watching films with subtitles, giving me firsthand insight into how people naturally absorb new languages. Today, I bring all of that experience to my students.
