About Sharada

I am a Trinity College of London–certified communicator, having achieved Distinction in their examinations!

I have trained and mentored over 60 students in communication and design thinking, helping them develop clarity of thought, structured expression, and confidence under pressure. My work has spanned preparing students for debates, speeches, and high-stakes scenarios, including stress interviews, where composure and clarity matter just as much as content!

My teaching philosophy is simple: good communication begins with deep thinking, and takes practice!

I focus on helping students organize their ideas before expressing them, so they are not just fluent, but also precise and persuasive.

I have extensive experience working with ESL learners, and do not believe that learners need to change their accents.

Sessions are structured, goal-oriented, and adapted to each learner’s needs, with direct feedback and practical exercises.
I strive to maintain a professional and supportive learning environment: one where students feel encouraged to challenge themselves, make mistakes, and improve steadily.

At the same time, I set clear expectations and high standards, because meaningful progress requires discipline and intent.

My classes are suited for school students, college students, and adults who want to build communication skills that are transferable across domains.

About the lesson

From interview prep, to class presentations to negotiating in the boardroom, one skill unites them all. Speaking is one of the most crucial skills in the 21st century. It shapes your public perception, and is a skill I strongly believe you can train.

My approach blends structure, self-awareness and real-world application. It is tailored to my students' needs!

I don’t drill students to sound fancy; I train them to sound clear, confident, and intentional. Because no matter where you speak, I want you to have the tools to express your ideas effectively.
