About Lucy
Hi! I'm Lucy,
an actress, singer, and performing arts coach. I graduated from the Queensland Conservatorium (Recently made no 1 Arts School in Australia) with a Bachelor in Musical Theatre.
TRAINING:
Piano (16 years training)
AEMB and ANZCA (LAMDA Equivalent) exams up to level 8 (Rewarded Credit and Honours
C.Mus in Contemporary Piano Performance
Singing (10 Years training)
ANZCA exams up to level 8 (Rewarded honours)
Proficient in Belt, Legit/Head Voice, Mix Voice
Theory exams up to level 5 (Rewarded credit and honours)
Speech and Drama (3 years of study)
Thorough knowledge of Shakespeare
General American accent
Received Pronunciation
I have learnt from voice coaches of The Voice UK, West End Musical Directors and members of the established Stephen Sondheim Association.

I specialise in Music Theatre repertoire but also teach classical, opera and contemporary. I'm a firm believer in proper technique and spend time making sure a singer's body is supporting them and helping them produce a healthy, lovely, effortless sound. You will not need backings with me, as I accompany all my students and record my own backings if needed!!
