Our deepest yearning is for a personal relationship with a loving God. Most psychologists, philosophers, theologians, etc. agree on this fact of life. So a truly happy and deeply fulfilling life today, and forever, depends on growing our personal connection with God who is Love and Mercy. I am a former Jesuit priest experienced as a coach and guide for people growing in their spiritual life, which means a deeper personal relationship with God, the Source of LIfe and unconditional Love.

First I listen to you. Carefully, attentive, seeking to understand your feelings and thoughts. I am empathetic, compassionate, and completely non-judgemental. Really. I was a Jesuit priest a good while, and I teach principles and practices, some of which you probably know, for growth in your spiritual life. I follow mainly the teachings of St. Ignatius of Loyola's SPIRITUAL EXERCISES, including types of meditation, discernment of spirits, a short daily Examen, the interior freedom to choose wisely in making decisions, finding true happiness in life.
