About Ben
I've been teaching music production for around a year, helping aspiring producers build confidence, improve their skills, and develop their own unique sound. While my teaching journey is still growing, I've spent over 7 years producing music myself, and I'm passionate about sharing everything I've learned along the way.
I genuinely believe that everyone has the potential to make incredible music with the right guidance. My approach is hands-on, practical, and tailored to each student, focusing on bringing out the best in every producer rather than teaching a one-size-fits-all method.
Throughout my own journey, I've picked up countless techniques, workflows, and creative tricks that have transformed my productions, and now I'm excited to pass those on to others. Whether it's sound design, arrangement, mixing, or simply overcoming creative blocks, my goal is to help you progress faster, avoid common mistakes, and create music you're genuinely proud of.
There's nothing more rewarding than seeing a student finish a track they never thought they could make, and I'm committed to helping you reach that point too.

Hi, I'm Ben!
I've been making music for the past 7–8 years, and it's become so much more than a hobby—it's a way of understanding creativity and expressing ideas. I'm currently studying for my Master's degree, and I'm passionate about helping others develop their own unique sound.
For me, music is all about connection. I love diving deep into sound design, creating original sounds from scratch, and showing how those sounds can be structured into tracks that tell a story. Whether you're just starting out or looking to take your productions to the next level, I'll guide you through the entire creative process.
My musical influences span Jungle, Drum & Bass, Melodic House, Tech House, Breakbeat, Hip Hop, and plenty more. Whatever style inspires you, I'll help you build the skills to create professional-quality music that sounds like *you*.
By the end of this course, my goal is for you to have a fully produced, radio-ready EP made with your own MIDI compositions, drum programming, and production techniques. You'll leave with not only finished tracks, but the confidence to keep creating music independently.
When I'm not in the studio, you'll usually find me out walking in nature—it's where I find a lot of the inspiration that ends up in my music.
I can't wait to help you create some seriously great-sounding tunes!
